my printer always make grind noise after something was printed.what is wrong with it

Thanks for asking your question!

Most inkjet printers will move their gears a bit after printing that final page in order to replace the various elements to their initial position.

Even if that makes weird grinding noises, it's usually nothing to be bothered about.

If you feel the noises aren't those you regularly hear, your inkjet printer might be purging some ink but if it's not that, then you printer might need to be cleaned or in extreme cases, serviced.
