Hey all, Im new to the board.

I have been having trouble with my windows explorer. I have a brand pc as I built it myself and a fresh instal of windows xp. Ive done all my updates installed all my drivers, etc, etc.

I have been experiencing problems when clicking on links in windows. I click on them and nothing happens. This is the second time ive loaded windows because of this and Ive still got the problem. Ive never had this problem before and I am out of options.

If anyone has had any experience with this problem please help.
