This is the only way to clear an IT policy without having access to the BES. Doing a Wipe Handheld or wiping from BlackBerry Desktop Manager will not get rid of it. This method works on any BlackBerry using software 4.3 to 5.0. BlackBerry Desktop Manager must be installed.

         1. Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer.
         2. From the Start menu, select Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt.
If using Microsoft Windows Vista, you may need to to right-click the Command Prompt application and choose Run as administrator.
         3. Navigate to the Apploader folder by typing cd C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Apploader and then pressing the Enter key.
For computers using a 64 Bit version fo Microsoft Windows, navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\Apploader
         4. Type loader.exe /resettofactory.
         5. Enter the BlackBerry smartphone password if prompted.

This WILL DELETE ALL DATA, just like a normal hard reset. Make sure to back up any information first. http://www.infoteke.com
